I do not divide my readers on Ethiopians and others, I rather think about Ethiopians in Ethiopia and -- Diaspora.
In my mind "Ethiopian" is the one who holds "Ethiopian Culture" -- a lot of Ethiopians are not Ethiopians by that standards.
